Things to Do in Santa Cruz

What do you think of when you want to visit Santa Cruz? The Beaches, the Boardwalk, soak up some of the surf culture, take in a concert? Well there's lots to do and each month in the summer has something great to do when your're not racing, or if you're recovering between racing. Here's some things going on during our event weekends that you might want to check out.

The Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Center Steps away from the ocean, this new center will be the gateway to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and a bechmark in showcasing all that our rich marine environment has to offer.NMSC

The Exploration Center is just steps from the ocean in Santa Cruz’s famed beach area at the corner of Pacific and Beach Streets, located in a district rich in visitor-oriented facilities and recreational attractions. The Municipal Wharf, the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Steamers Lane, Depot Park and Lighthouse Point are all within an easy walk of the site. Easy access from Depot Park and the beach area also means that your family can be entertained as well while you are out racing!
