Grape Stomp 5K Run/Walk Information

 

Start Time: 8:15am - Rain or Shine

Course Description:

The Grape Stomp 5K Run/Walk is a USAT&F certified loop course beginning and ending at Robertson Park in Livermore, California. This 3.1-mile run/walk starts on Robertson Park Road, connects to the Arroyo Mocho Trail (a paved pedestrian path) and then returns to the park through the lovely neighborhoods along South S Street, College Avenue and L Street to thefinish line festivities in Robertson Park including great food, music, and awards.

Race Numbers:

Unlike in previous years your race number will not be mailed to you. This race will be chip timed this year, so you will need to pick up your bib number and timing chip in person. There will be packet pickup available the day before the race. Location and times will be announced later.

Aid Stations:

The aid stations serve water and Gatorade and have basic first aid supplies. They also have direct radio contact with medical personnel should anyone need further assistance. There will be aid available at the start and finish line as well as the following locations:

Results:

Results will posted on site near the finish line as soon as they become available and will be posted from the Results Page on this site following the race.

Awards are presented to the top male and female overall as well as the top 3 male and female runners in the following age divisions:

REFUND POLICY: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT. EVENT CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES LISTED BELOW IF NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO EVENT CREDITS ISSUED AFTER THE EVENT.

EVENT CREDIT: IF YOU WISH TO WITHDRAW FROM THE EVENT, AN EVENT CREDIT TO ANOTHER FINISH LINE PRODUCTIONS EVENT OF 50% OF THE ENTRY FEE CHARGES WILL BE ISSUED IF NOTIFIED IN WRITING (EMAIL TO info@finishlineproduction.com OR BY FAX AT 831-338-2117) FOR: 1. ANY REASON, AND IF RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT WEEKEND (OPENING OF REGISTRATION). 2. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL REASON AND YOU ALSO SEND A LETTER FROM YOUR DOCTOR ADVISING US THAT YOU CAN NOT COMPETE WE MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTICE MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION FOR EVENT CREDIT: IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY OR IF A MEMBER OF YOUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY HAS A DEATH OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY WITH LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT YOU WILL NEED TO NOTIFY US IN WRITING AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT, AND THE RACE DIRECTOR WILL CONSIDER THE REQUEST ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS FOR A CREDIT.

NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE IN WRITING.

ENTRY FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON (USAT CONSIDERS THIS FRAUD). IF YOU SELL OR GIVE YOUR RACE SLOT AWAY, BOTH YOU AND THE PERSON USING YOUR RACE SLOT ARE SUBJECT TO A TWO-YEAR SUSPENSION FROM RACING AT ANY USAT RACE. AN UNAUTHORIZED RACER JEOPARDIZES OUR LIABILITY INSURANCE AND CAN CHANGE THE PLACEMENT STATUS OF OTHER RACERS WHO HAVE WORKED HARD TO FINISH THE RACE.
